A year in beats, paws, and unforgettable moments

As the final beats of 2025 fade out and we slowly turn up the volume on 2026, it’s time to look back on a year that was packed with music, awesome personal moments, movement, and community – both behind the DJ decks and being a fursuiter.

2025 was a year where me as DJ Zuzu the DJ and me as Zuzu the fursuiter walked (and danced) side by side, from convention spaces to virtual dancefloors, from seasonal furry gatherings to late-night DJ sessions. Let’s rewind the track and relive the highlights.

Seasonfurs – A Year Through the Seasons

Seasonfurs truly shaped the rhythm of 2025, marking the year in four distinct chapters:

• Seasonfurs – Winter 2025
  The year began wrapped in winter vibes, cozy hugs, fluffy tails, and the first beats that set the tone for everything that followed. A perfect warm-up for what was to come.
• Seasonfurs – Spring 2025
  Spring brought fresh energy, new connections, and that unmistakable feeling of renewal. The dancefloor felt lighter, brighter, and full of excitement.
• Seasonfurs – Summer 2025
  Summer turned the heat all the way up. Long days, high-energy dances, and unforgettable moments made this one of the most vibrant chapters of the year.
• Seasonfurs – Autumn 2025
  As the leaves fell, the vibes deepened. Autumn Seasonfurs felt reflective, emotional, and beautifully balanced — the perfect closing note to the seasonal journey.

Each Seasonfurs event reminded me why this community means so much: creativity, acceptance, and pure joy, all moving to the same beat.

Örli Furstival 2025

Örli Furstival was a standout moment of the year — a beautiful mix of nature, furries, music, and shared experiences. Whether it was dancing, hanging out, or just soaking in the atmosphere, it was one of those events that stays with you long after it ends.

Furdance Budapest 2025

Furdance Budapest once again proved how powerful our Hungarian furry scene can be. The energy on the dancefloor was unreal, and being part of it — both as a DJ and as Zuzu — was truly special. So many smiles, paws in the air, and memories created in a single night. I’ve also had the privilege to commission my new Dutch Angel Dragon Zuzu fursuit from the amazing Tracsi, and Zuzu (Ad) made the debut on Furdance Budapest. It happened that me and JazzBadger were selected to be judges of the dance contest in Furdance Budapest this year, and it was an amazing experience. So much talented, and amazing furries mad the event unforgettable! Thank you everyone!

DJ-ing in VRChat

One of the most exciting expansions of 2025 was stepping deeper into the virtual world. DJ-ing at Woodpecker’s VRChat world (with a techno DJ set) and Penumbra Club in VRChat opened up an entirely new dimension – connecting with dancers and listeners from all over the world, without borders, but with just as much passion.

Virtual or not, the energy was real.

New Year’s Eve Furry Party with Friends

The year ended the best way possible: surrounded by friends, fur, music, laughter, and love. A cozy yet powerful reminder that it’s not just the events that make a year special — it’s the people you share them with.

Welcome, 2026

As we step into 2026, the excitement is already building – and the calendar is filling up fast.

I’m incredibly happy to say that me and JazzBadger will be attending all the Seasonfurs events again in 2026, and we will be there in the largest Hungarian furry event too: Furdance Budapest 2026, continuing the beautiful tradition of dancing through the year together, one season at a time. From winter coziness to summer heat and everything in between, we’ll be there – paws ready, tails wagging, and music playing.

On top of that, 2026 will take us beyond borders:
A special highlight will be attending Awoostria, the furry convention in Austria.
New place, new faces, new dancefloors – and new memories waiting to be made. This one is especially exciting, and I can’t wait to share the experience and the fluffy energy with everyone there.

And of course, the music doesn’t stop between events.
In 2026 I’ll continue my weekly DJ livestreams on (nearly) every Friday, bringing fresh beats, familiar vibes, and a shared dancefloor to wherever you are in the world. Whether you’re tuning in from home, VR, or just need a reason to dance at the end of the week — I’ll be there behind the decks.

2026 already feels like a year of growth, travel, shared adventures, and even stronger connections — both as a DJ and as a fursuiter.

The beat goes on.
The paws keep moving.
And the journey continues.

Zuzu

Zephyr

Zephyr is a bright and cheerful Angel Dragon brought to life through my newest fursuit creation! This light blue minky fursuit head features soft baby blue minky fur, crisp white accents, and gentle black markings that give Zephyr a playful yet elegant look. With big expressive eyes, perky and furry ears, and a friendly smile with a litte “pspspspspspsp” tounge.

Zephyr was made on a 3D printed head base, and is very very light to wear. The print material was TPU so the head is soft and squishy and easily breathable at the same time. Zephyr’s design emphasizes warmth, friendliness, and approachability – qualities that make this fursuit head stand out in both performance and display settings.

I’ve printed the head base, the ears and the horns separately, but had to resize the original to fit on my 3D printer.

Then I made an inner lining.

Then I was furring the ears. So fluff….

Then I’ve made the taping of the head, and did the drawing of all the patterns I’ve wanted. Zephyr has some little white marks on the baby blue face.

I’m beyond excited to share some amazing news – the new Dutch Angel Dragon Zuzu fursuit has finally arrived!

This suit is a breathtaking creation, lovingly crafted by the incredibly talented Tracsi. Her artistry, attention to detail, and creativity truly shine through in every stitch, making this Dutchie a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Tracsi is not only a gifted fursuit maker, but also a wonderful person to work with, and I feel so lucky to have had her bring this character to life.

To celebrate the big arrival, we did a little – “welcome home” photoshoot – with JazzBadger and of course, we couldn’t resist putting together a small gallery to share with you all.

But Zuzu, you are a Kangaroowolf… What happened?

Don’t worry I’m still a KangarooWolf but always wanted a Dutchie fursuit with the specific Zuzu markings and colors. You know this is a “What if…”. This was a dream of a long long time about an alternate universe And here it is, the dream came true, and Zuzu is a KangarooWolf and a Dutchie at the same time I can meet with myself and I love it so much!

Known for her exceptional skill and creativity, Tracsi has brought Zuzu the Dutch Angel Dragon to life with remarkable detail and heart. Beyond her artistry, Tracsi is also an awesome person whose passion and kindness shine through in every project she takes on.

If there’s one thing DJ Zuzu is known for, it’s turning up the energy and creating unforgettable experiences. At the Winterfurs event this weekend (2025.01.11). Zuzu was joined by three other incredible DJs: Lerni, Arsenic, Fleenno, and together they delivered an evening of spectacular live DJ sets that left the crowd buzzing long after the night was over. Here’s everything that made the evening one for the books.

A Magical Winter Wonderland

Winterfurs transformed the venue into a dazzling winter wonderland. The amazing LED panel behind the DJs were amazing and set the perfect backdrop for a night of electrifying music and community vibes.

Four DJs, One Unforgettable Night

The event featured four talented DJs, each bringing their unique style and energy to the stage. DJ Zuzu started the mood with a flawless blend of house, light-EDM and Dance, keeping the audience moving to every beat. Followed by Lerni who made anamazing mix that made everyfur to move. Then Arsenic came and made the night unforgettable. Last but not least the headliner Fleenno came, and made all the sick beast to stomp all our feet. Together, they created a dynamic and diverse musical journey that kept the crowd on their feet all night.

Beyond the Music

What made the Winterfurs event truly special was the sense of connection. DJ Zuzu’s presence extended beyond the decks, as he took moments to shout out the crowd and acknowledge the energy everyone brought to the night. From the front row to the back, there was a palpable sense of unity and celebration.

Seasonfurs events on the horizon

The performances at Winterfurs wasn’t just a night of music. It was an awesome experience. From the expertly curated setlist to the immersive atmosphere, every detail came together to create magic. I’ve made a (not so) traditional DJ Zuzu carving. The others made a Spider web themed pumpkin, a traditional scary one, and an alternative double mouth carving too. It was really fun. Hope to have our friends over next year too
